I withdrew funds from my fiverr.com account to my payoneer account in March. After which I tried to withdraw the funds to a supplier's bank account (I added the supplier's bank account as a recipient's account of which payoneer approved). I was expecting my supplier to inform of his receipt of the money after a few days. He called to tell me he hasn't received any money from payoneer on my behalf. I hurriedly logged into my payoneer.com and saw that the funds have been refunded to my USD balances and all my balances have been blocked. I called them and got vague answers. I kept calling and calling until a certain Sarah from New York asked me to upload a photo of myself holding my ID on one hand and a piece of paper (on which PAYONEER + THAT DAY'S DATE) were written. I did that. I was asked to upload photos of my fiverr account to confirm whether the fiverr account truly belongs to me. I uploaded and submitted all I was asked to submit. I then waited for a few days and got no response from them. I called again and asked to be transferred to a supervisor. I was transferred to a Bernie who labelled my case as high priority and told me I will receive in 24-48 hours. I waited and didn't receive any response until I tried calling again and a voice prompt told me I cant' be offered phone support anymore. I tried logging into my account and discovered that my account has been locked by Payoneer. At night I got an email from Bernie stating that the decision the security team made stands and nothing can be done to change. I have mailed them severally to refund the $$$$ to fiverr.com or allow me withdraw. I'm not getting any response from them. The whole world is affected by Corona Virus. I'm in a country where the government is not concerned about its citizens even though there are cases here. Now that my money is stuck in payoneer. How do I eat? How do I buy basic essentials I need to survive this period. Do I keep borrowing money to survive? I can't do business because Payoneer is refusing to release my money. What does Payoneer wants me to do? How does Payoneer expects me to survive? What is Payoneer trying to do to me? Is Payoneer trying to punish me? I'm a honest freelancer on fiverr. I work hard. How in this world does Payoneer expects me to survive seeing I don't have any other source of income. This is unacceptable since the I can't login to do anything and they are acting like it is not a serious problem. Payoneer is beginning to look like theft/scam to me. NB: I'm sorry for the long post but I can't help but write this way because I'm fed up and I don't know what to do. I've been trying so hard not to be depressed but it seems payoneer doesn't care about it's users especially in times like this. I don't have money on money. I'm trying not to be depressed. What does Payoneer expects me to do. Or is it because I'm from Nigeria. Even after giving Payoneer proofs of my activites on fiverr. I really don't know what to do.
