They are called selective because they have selective hearing. They blatantly ignore simple requests that could lead to huge problems. For example: living in condo for 9 years and no one on our floor (4 different condo owners) has a key to get to the closet that holds our water tanks. Each tank holds about 40 gallons of water. Not one person has a key nor do we have the legal right to "fix" the issue ourselves by simply changing the door handle so we do have keys. This was communicated verbally and via email on multiple occasions by ourselves and others who simply need a key. We were told, verbatim, to leave the door open. We communicated several times that sometimes people close it and that it's not safe for us not to have access to our own water tanks. Given water damage has occurred previously from a water tank exploding also because of lack of access to shut tank off, I would assume bringing this to their attention would be something wise if they care about people and their lives. STILL nothing has been done. Responses by Brian Bellucci are always the same. He does not want to help, care to help, or feel he should help and it is actually concerning. Heads up, if you can stay away from any property affiliated with SPM, you're wise to do so.
