North River Insurance/Fairmont Specialty/Crum & Forster is/are the absolute worst, most unreasonable, most inequitable, most grievous insurance company in the country. Their insured commercial driver of a propane truck backed up on an interstate exit ramp totaling our 1999 Suburban and causing my husband to miss a MANDATORY training to move into an assistant management position subsequently causing him to have to delay his promotion and nice pay increase until they offer the training again & all we wanted was the value of our Suburban and the rental paid for until we could get a replacement vehicle and they are refusing to pay the FULL amount of the rental. If you are EVER involved with them RUN TO YOUR NEAREST ATTORNEY FIRST!!!
