Deceptive business practice. Don't bother getting a quote. They tell you it is free quote estimate but charge you $180 if you let them do a "free" estimate. Go to Jung's Auto body nearby in Walnut. They have 5 star review and are honest people. The car was badly damaged and they said they need the car overnight to give a free estimate. Then when I said I'll get a price comparison with other nearby shop the next day the manager said it will cost 180$ for "storage fee". I already knew this manager was shady because the first thing he ask was, "How much are you willing to pay?". I said, "I don't go to a store to have a sales ask how much I want to pay... so why don't you tell me what is the estimate?". The manager is dumb as hell. Chargeback on him with credit card plus he will get hit with -35 penalty. LOL.
