Access Remodelers was founded by bruce Hammer in 1993. Bruce started out as a Licensed Electrician and remodeling bathrooms. Many of his jobs required him to install GFCI outlets for customers that were having walk in bathtubs installed. He than became a Certified-Aging-In Specialist (CAPS). I CAPS is trained in the unique needs of the older population.
