Do not use this law firm. After sloppy representation, and excessive billing, I terminated representation with them in March 2019. I filed a complaint with the Idaho State Bar and we entered into an arbitration in June 2019. An agreement was reached and I stated the monthly amount I could pay. I made the payments on time every month. Art Macomber continued to apply interest charges to the amount due, and then 6 months later decided to file a judgement in court stating the same thing we had already agreed upon but proceeded to charge me an additional $650 for his time to file the paperwork. When I forwarded the paperwork to the Idaho State Bar they stated he was obviously trying to tack on more fees because the judgement wasnt necessary because timely payments were being made. Really unprofessional.
