I have been coming here since 1997 and am a transplant from Alaska. This place provides year round recreation. The water in Anderson Ranch Reservoir is clean and warm...around 75° in the summer, and on a 100° day it is wonderful. The reservoir is great for kayaking, paddle boarding, swimming, boating, water skiing, and fishing. You think of it, you can do it! There are over 200 miles of groomed snowmobile trails in Area 20, which connect to more groomed trail systems. Snowmobiling, cross country skiing, sledding, and snowshoeing are just a few winter activities to do in the area. There are also extensive trail systems for motorcycle riding, ATV and UTV riding, horseback riding, and hiking. Absolutely enjoy recreating in this area!
