Micah Honeycutt
Had a good experience using their service. Our water heater wasn't getting the water hot like it used to even after turning the dial up to 120 degrees. They came the following day and did an inspection and basically saved our us from a potential flood or who knows what else because our heater was almost 10 years old.
We ended up getting a new heater installed the next day andwe were back piping hot water. Took 4 hours but it was really clean work and courteous crew.

Happy to add the Authorized Heating magnet I was given, to my fridge along side my other magnets for trusted/GO-TO companies on the Island.
Honesty would be the take away word here. From the start I got upfront no nice guy funny business. just exactly this is it, this is what its gonna cost and this is when we'll be there. the work we had done was pricey but we had planned for a tankless heating system upgrade since last years tax return came in and I have to say it is soooo worth it. Piping hot water on demand for as long as needed.
Thanks again for the courteous service. you guys def get an A+ in my book and would def recommend to family and friends.

Good experience here. Authorized guys were extremely knowledgeable about hot water heaters. They took the time to explain to me the steps they had to perform in order to get my family and I going with hot water again.
They understood the fact that we were moving into our new home and worked around us during the move without issue which made it extremely easy for us during a very stressful time.
We'll definitely call Marc and his team back for any other hot water heating or plumbing issues that may arise. Thanks again for the awesome service and professionalism!
