Rick Miller built RKM Insurance Services after suffering his own personal loss in 1999, when a fire from a neighbor's house engulfed his home and burned it to the ground, leaving nothing behind. Because Rick was not insured properly through his insurance carrier at the time he had to rebuild his life from scratch.
