DO NOT TRUST THIS BROKER, FRANCINE ROSEN!! Rosen has been systematically harassing her neighbors, including my family, for years, endlessly imploring them to sell their property. Most disturbing is Francine Rosen targets the elderly. She has developed a studied knowledge of those people in her neighborhood who are in worst health, literally, those who are dying, then subsequently targets family members with high pressure solicitation. Rendering advice like a physician, Rosen stresses to family members that the afflicted member (sick person) should be in a nursing home (!), and that she (Rosen) can handle all real- estate matters. In my case, Francine Rosen had been harassing and stalking my ninety year old mother for years until I complained to her company, who immediately placed her on a restraining order.
