My insurance company said my roof was fine the first go around with the first roofer on the first inspection despite all the other neighbors getting theirs done from the storm in my entire area!! I could not believe it! The roofer at that time said that is how it goes sometimes, tucked his tail in defeat and rolled just as fast as he came. I felt cheated by insurance company and felt that the system just crashed amend burned. You pay, pay, pay, and when it is time the are just like some of these storm chasers. Two months later a guy came up to me from Lumberjack Construction and told me that we needed to get a reinspection. I was like OK fine, what can it hurt. So James the owner came and marked out all of the hail spots for the other adjuster before he got there when I was at work. I regretfully could not be there after we planned on it. Then I got a call around lunch time and it was James saying that it was proven undeniably to the adjusters supervisor and that all me and my wife had to do was pick a color of our new roof which actually looks better than my neighbors. I was an stil am feeling butterfly's that it is all now taken care of. Me and my wife both thank James and his crew for doing an outstanding job!! Keep up the good work guys, you know I will always refer you to anyone and for anything for anything I would ever want to do to my house. Thank you.
