Era agosto del año pasado (2017) le pagamos para hacernos el servicio de los planos de agua para conectar agua a nuestra propiedad y sacar el permiso. estaba comunicando con nosotros por esos dos meses y después del huracán siguió prometiendo hacer la gestión de agua pero nunca lo hizo. Nosotros siendo muy comprensivo de la situaciónLe pedimos los planos por correo electrónico, y no lo hizo. Nos siguió halando la cola diciendo que iba a hacerlo pero es un mentiroso, fraude total!!!! No gastes tu tiempo ni tu dinero con este sinvergüenza!!! Horrible! What a shameless person! He stole from us and lied to us. He was communicating with us for those two months and after the hurricane he kept promising to do the water permit, but never did! We were being very understanding of the hurricane situation, but 8 months later he still didn't deliver the work we paid for!!! We asked for the plans by email, and he did not.
