About 12 years ago we used Dallas Carpet at our previous home in Hobbs. That was a decent experience, so we tried them again with our new house in Seminole, Tx. Not this time. First, we had to pay full amount up front for our carpet. Second, we were told it would be in in one week, it took 13 days and THEN we had to track the owner down at his restaurant to pin them down on a day to lay it! They came and laid the carpet and when we got there we were horribly shocked that the carpet layers had knocked paint off of our walls, doors and baseboards! Our new home literally looked vandalized! We spent a day painting after we moved in! Do NOT use these people if you value your home!
