Terrible service since the company changed hands a couple years ago. Unable to contact the tech support by toll free # and his email address posted on his bills and web page are kicked back as undeliverable! We pay an annual fee for tech support and get NOTHING because he can't access our computers as he states our virus protection program is not allowing him in.... why did the other guy have no problems getting in?? Very disappointed with new ownership. Otherwise the program has some positive points to it - when it works correctly!
