This pool company is owned and operated by Spencer M Floyd. He is the son of one of the original owners John W Floyd. John Floyd put in our pool and according to my husband is a man of good moral fiber! Dependable and does good work. His son is another story. We ordered our liner on April 1 , 2022 and were told 9 to 14 days. It is August 4, the kids are back in school and we have missed the summer My family is coming from all over to a pool birthday party for 2 of my grandchildren because Spencer assured me I would have a pool long before that. It's almost time for the party...I live in Hannah SC....with no pool. If I could give negative stars I would! All I asked for was the truth. never got it. They have $5250 from us. we have a mud hole in the back yard. You decide... I tried to post pics of texts showing the times he lied about putting it in and pics of the mess we have but they won't load.
