Let me just tell you this much as a parent of a 3 year old little boy who started school a day ago for the first time ! This bus company has made it nearly impossible for me to trust them with my child ! Today is the second day and is a continuous HELL my son comes out of school at 1:30 pm and it is 3:20 pm and my son is NOT home ! Yesterday he got here at 4:20 Pm dropping of my non verbal son at the WRONG adress For me to get a I'm sorry we had the wrong adress ... but it's been 3 hours!! Please follow your heart and listen to it !! I can't with all this feeling this shouldn't be happening ! They are horrible in answering calls ! Returning calls ! Very very disgusted by there services !

This bus company is horrible. I have just finished reporting them to the news and I hope parents get to read this review before allowing their child to be transported with this company. Twice I have been given somone elses child. The matron never asked me my childs name she just handed another parents child to me who was crying hysterically because he didnt know who I was of course. The drivers are rude and unproffesional along with the whole team at the Zerega location. My childs bus also broke down and no one called me . My child was left to sit on the bus n did not know why. I called and called the company to find out where my child was and the phone just rang and rang. I did not know where she was until 1 hour passed of her due home. It was terrifying. When you finally get through to someone no one knows anything and your given false information. As a parent I hope that no one else has to go through these experiences. Ive had had to pull my child from taking the bus because im scared for her safety. I will make sure I spread this to every public review so know one has to go through this!!!

I haven't heard anything good about this school bus company and as the parent Sandra Rivera stated she is very annoyed and upset with this bus company because they don't know how to handle stressful situations when they're under pressure some of the Matrons are rude as well as the bus driver I can only speak for one Matron who seems okay she mentioned that she's been working with this bus company for seven years it's really sad to hear this type of information especially when it concerns our kids who are being bus to and from school with a bus company who handles situations in a very poor manner and to also mention the school that my son goes to stated that they have no say so in what the bus company does because they are not affilated with the bus company which sucks because we leave our kids with these people everyday and they behave clueless as to what is going on when we ask questions this is exactly why the schools are closing because we have a constant loop hole in the system because we deal with people like them at the bus company and schools and its very disappointing I hope this bus company can get it together because a lot of parents are not having any thing good to say about this school bus company written by a concern parent
