The owner claims the kickboxing program is a muay thai martial class. It is not! You don't learn a thing. It is a high priced mediocre fitness class. You will get a much better work out at the kickboxing franchises and pay about half the price. It is also dirty, the bathrooms don't have toilet paper or soap and the parking lot is a mess.
