I have honestly never in my life complained about a store...because I always figure everyone can have a bad day once in awhile...but this is an exception! NEVER PURCHASE ANYTHING from this store.!! Even if you have to wash your clothes on a rock or put your milk in a cooler with ice you will be better off than buying ANYTHING from this store. I purchased a fridge from them...got home and it was the wrong one... I immediately called the store and they confirmed that they loaded the wrong one and then they told me IT WAS MY FAULT because I didn't check it!! Are you kidding me?! They weren't even sorry.... the manager was the rudest person on earth. I told her she should apologize and offer me a refund...to which she said "no refunds under any circumstances". I asked to speak with Glenn...she said he "doesn't talk to customers". NEVER NEVER NEVER buy anything from this store....it is a COMPLETE RIP-OFF!!
