Exceeding in every way possible… • Affordable – when compared to other quotes and estimates, your price was a little higher; but, after Chris Rocheford showed us the quality and strength of the materials you use, and the benefits of each recommendation… my wife was impressed and On Board. • Working Crews – Friendly, communicative, clean, and TIMELY…everyday your workers showed up on time, with a smile/greeting, and closed each day with cleaning/picking up their work area (which was great considering we let out dogs out and never feared them eating Building materials). • Materials – The Elite Roof is incredible; structural, appealing, and substantial…The Super Screen is Perfect; plenty of air flow without the Bug flow…and we LOVE the Doggie Door. • Communicative – Dave Moser did a great job of keeping my wife and I informed about “next steps” and what we should expect the coming week. Dave was also fantastic about replying to every email I sent…SOO reassuring especially during a home project. • Lastly, our Deadline….YOU BEAT IT, nearly a WEEK EARLY!
