If I could leave a zero I would. Peconic Monument Works has been paid for over 7 months to adorn my Grandmother's head stone with her name and dates. They cashed their check and said they never received paperwork signed to go ahead with the job. Only now close to a year after her passing do I get a phone call stating that she's going through work orders and just happened to notice it. Here all the while I'm thinking her memory was honored and her final resting place set. Stay away far away from a business that clearly doesn't give a damn and are wholly disorganized scum. Not to mention liars as I checked my phone records and they never even called until today.
