I made an appointment with this guy yesterday to program my ECM computer in my car. He said he would be at the shop where my car was between 12pm-1pm. I checked in with him this morning at 951am as well as 1143am. I waited at the shop for him until 1:15 pm. Luckily a locksmith was driving by and I flagged him down and he was able to do the job. He didn't answer my phone call or my text message. He was a no-show.
