Mark Sugimoto is very rude over the phone and in person. He also does not seem professional at all. His operation is ran out of a small hanger and his equipment looks ratty and unable to do the job. I would not trust my aircraft with this man. He speaks of taking short cuts which is very dangerous. I will also add his English is very hard to understand.
