To anyone that is considering using Bio Dynamic Technologies for ANY and ALL Bio medical Devices. My sister under went total knee replacement surgery in Hospital For Special Surgery, she was given a CPM machine to restore her knee movement. The first CPM unit worked for 1 week, we called 3 times for a replacement The Second CPM machine worked for 3 weeks, the main problem with this vendors equipment is they DO NOT properly maintain the Medical Devices. The control coil cord was routed incorrectly and by NORMAL use 2 hours a day.TWICE a day the control cord actually severed and I received a 120VAC SHOCK. We reported it to Biodynamic technologies and they are now charging my sister $300 to repair the broken electrical control cord. I have called them 3 times and customer service does NOT want to hear anything but the check for $300. According to their customer service department the stock answer I am receiving is the above issue was referred to 'Upper management" I have asked several times for the names of upper management. The customer service representative will not tell me. One would ask themselves how could a Bio medical Device vendor supply the public a device that is potentially UNSAFE to use.
