Date of Service: Saturday August 31, 2013 I was locked out of my apartment in Princeton, NJ. I went to a neighbor's house and googled "Princeton Locksmith" and a company called Princeton Locksmith located on 51 Wall Street, Princeton (609) 524-4499 was the first hit on Google Search. I called up Princeton Locksmith and was told over the phone that there was a $24.50 charge for a technician to show up and an additional $35 per hour labor charge and a technician would arrive within 45 minutes. This sounded reasonable considering that my deadbolt was not locked, I presumed the service would be quick. When the technician arrived over an hour later, he just looked at the doorknob and said that it would cost $170 to open the door as "he was a professional and that was the weekend rate".I contacted Accurate Locksmith Service located on Nassau Street, Princeton (609-924-3736 or 1-800-426-6736) and was told that it would cost $75 dollars to open the door and a technician would arrive in 45 minutes. A technician, Henry, arrived at my apartment in 30 minutes and opened my door in less than 5 minutes.
