Here at NYC Weightloss Solutions, we have 34 years of experience in setting clients up for success in weight loss and improved quality of life. Every client gets their own customized weight loss program tailored towards their needs and lifestyle. We are not a diet that deprives you of anything. We are a lifestyle-based program that allows you to eat whatever you like in healthy portions. We don't just give you a program to follow. We teach you about your weight loss journey to ensure that when you get to your goal weight you have learned about the process. This is a big reason why our clients who reach their goal weight managed to keep it off in the long run.
