We have hired Allied National, Inc., a nationwide debt collection agency, website: http://andc.com, to help us collect a large debt of $384,000.
Allied National, Inc. promised an expedited service and "No collection, No fee", and accordingly, we signed a service agreement with them.
After many email correspondence & Skype calls, we agreed to settle the due amount for $368,545.63 in 12 equal consecutive monthly plus 6% interest with all payments to be delivered to Allied National, Inc. as our agent.
Since then, more than a year later, we are yet to receive a penny!
Allied National, Inc. sent us purposely confusing emails ranging from claiming to have not received any money, to claiming difficulties in processing such a large amount, to outright ignoring my emails. Furthermore, Allied National, Inc. had the audacity to bill us $2,200 for a job that not only was not done, but also in violation of their own policy 'No collection No fee'!
So, in summary, large unknown portion was collected by Allied National Inc., which they kept completely to themselves, sent us nothing, and then billed us for their "services"!
The irony is that the Better Business Bureau doesn't deal with fraud cases like this, and obviously lacks the power to enforce any meaningful remedies; but nonetheless the A+ rating is just pathetic and a mockery of the whole system. So shame on you BBB too.
