I have been looking for granite countertops for several weeks now. I have also visited many granite establishments. I drove to Plain City today and stopped at C & C marble & Granite. There wasn't anyone in the reception area however, there was a sign stating that someone would be there soon, because they could have been in the back assisting another customer. A young lady walked across the room followed by a gentleman who Ii overheard say, "There is someone waiting." I waited a few minutes longer. Another customer arrived. He walked to the recption area and this customer was assisted and I was told she would be back. After 10 more minutes, I left. There are so many granite companies and I have been treated respectively and timely at all places except here. This company may have a fine product but why should I have been ignored for another customer. I plan on spending my money on someone who values their potention customers.
