My husband and I used their services to have our car towed from his place of employment to the nearest Toyota Dealership, 12 miles away. The total repair job to get our car up and running was half of the amount we were charged for the towing! Come to find out not only to they charge to just hook your car up to the tow truck, they charge you mileage to drive from their office to your location, and then the mileage from your location to where you want to take it, Plus a 20% gas surcharge on your total bill. So a 12 mile trip one way turned into us being billed for 28 miles at $3 a mile, plus a tow hooking charge of $85 and then the gas surcharge! Then when my husband called to speak to someone about negotiating the bill for towing, Jesse, the guy he talked to basically told him F-off. WHAT?! How professional is that. We have a family of Toyotas and I can assure you we will NEVER do business with that dealership or towing company EVER! again! What should have been a pleasant experience turning into a nightmare, and what should have been a minor repair ended up making my 3x more expensive since the towing was double the amount of my repair. They are not customer friendly one bit!
