OUR CUSTOMERS SAY THE NICEST THINGS:

Security Specialists
3 Depinedo Avenue
Stamford, Ct 06902
To whom it may concern:
Your company, Security Specialists installed our home security system as well as our business security system and has been monitoring both for many, many years. Because of the excellent service we have received over the years, when we decided to have security cameras installed at our home your company was our only consideration.
Your sales rep.,Valentina Monroe, is an absolute gem. Valentina patiently explained to us all of our options and made sure that we had every bit of information needed to make our decision. She was also present on installation day to make sure that everything went smoothly and to answer all of our questions (and there were many). The installers could not have been nicer or more professional and the installation process occured without a hitch. Unfortunately, by no fault of your own there was a manufacturer problem with the cameras. We were confident that this would be taken care of and it was. To your credit, I have to say that the handling of this situation was impressive. Valentina, Luis & Habib stayed in touch with us, returned all of our calls & e-mails and left no stone unturned until the problem was solved. The customer service that we received is unsurpassed.
As your company has proven itself to us over the years and continues to do so, we can and will confidently recommend you to our friends and associates for their home and business security needs.
Sincerely,
Jim & Virginia Vinci
