May 2012.
I ordered directly from the bakery some wholewheat pita bread, 35 packs (like the one they sell at the store: NOURI'S). I pre-payed as they asked me to (first time customer).
At pick-up, a couple of days later, they gave me my 35 packs with three problems:
1) The bread was stale (at least a day old) and reheated lightly to give the impression of freshness (unfortunatly it's very hard to bring back dryness).
2) The bread was labeled " No salt "(probably left over bread from some special order).
3)Also, and by comparaison to the "Nutrition Facts" on the back of the packs of bread sold at their stores ( Nouri's) and the ones I was given, my bread was made of a wheat flour of less quality ( lower protein content and almost no dietary fibers in it).
It was a bad experience for me. I was fooled and taken advantage of.
This way of operating is very deceptive, short sighted and mainly revealing of the poor business practices used by the people working there.
I took my loss and it's their bad Karma : "what goes around comes around".
I don't recommend ordering directly from this bakery, they will fool you one way or the other( unless you're a regular costumer ; then they need you to keep their door open).
I hope this review serves someone out there. I tried to be factual and objective to the best of my ability.
