I have three antique carpets, that needed cleaning and Ray did such a good job, that they look better, than ever. They are very clean and the colors are more vivid than before. Maids were instructed to bring R &W's washed towel laundry along and to dry it in my drier. They were then instructed to 'borrow' parts from my vacuum as it was identical to theirs. Maids did not dust very often or very thoroughly even though that was part of the initial agreement. After several months I had to let them go and found another company I have been very happy with for the better part of a year now.
