Nanci opened the FI Country Mouse almost 30 yrs ago after she'd had enough of the crime and armed robberies at the City Mouse in Greenwich Village. The Country Mouse is so tiny that walls and ceiling are covered with an assortment of items. Most of the collectibles are from Ira's personal collection and are no longer being manufactured or sold in retail stores.
