RUN!!! Toxic! No one on sight! Bare Minimum Maintained :( We lived there for 2 years. At about 8 mo. the owner sold out and we were left with Investment Concepts, Inc. who still owns it today. We were all at their mercy and felt intimidated from the beginning. We went from paying $950 to $1550 for a two bedroom, PLUS another $100 for added on stuff. They will tell one tenant a story and to pacify another will tell another story. A simple part on a washing machine took over two months to fix. We finally did it ourselves and was not reimbursed. A hot water heater took our neighbors 15 days to change out in the middle of winter. The elderly couple above us did not have their heat working for just two weeks short of a year and only after they moved out was it fixed. There are leaks from the roof, from sinks, toilets just about, any where there is a pipe. There is so much more that I kept a journal. They are going to sweet talk you, GASLIGHTERS! :( BEWARE !!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND/THUMB DOWN! 3 + months in apt - lived with open insulation in bath, mold in closet, pool closed after owner had been warned but not repaired items in question, dumpster removed from property twice. Had to clean filthy apt when I moved in, removed carpet and prepped for replacement due to prev. tenants' cat urine, left it clean and almost 2 months later still waiting for my deposit to be returned. Think twice, rent elsewhere once. p.s. there is no Darla
