ATTN Hurtik & Associates:
Please have our original documents ready for pick up no later then Wednesday 1/22/2020 at 5pm in your office with a refund of $2500 since no work requested has been completed. We have reached out multiple times for a meeting. We have requested our demand letter to be made and sent out for months. We have asked for our original documents that include every repair receipt and piece of evidence for our case to be returned to us. We have had no success or support from you or your team in the above stated requests. We reached out to you for help the end of September of 2019 and have pleaded for assistance since payment has been made to you. We are now headed into the end of January 2020.
Please note that if this last request can not be fulfilled we will be making a complaint with the Nevada State Bar Association.
