THEY WILL LOSE YOUR DRY CLEANING, AND KEEP YOUR MONEY!! My boyfriend dropped off his suit before his mother’s memorial service to have it cleaned. They advised it would be ready the next day, Saturday at 1 PM. We picked up the black Perry Ellis suit, paid, and left. The next day (Sunday) when taking the suit out of the bag, we noticed that this was the WRONG suit. Same brand and color, but too big. They are closed on Sundays so we had to purchase a new suit the morning of the memorial service. We went back to the cleaners today and spoke with the owner, who aggressively yelled at us, psychically punched the wall, then called the cops. He advised he was not responsible for this and did not need to do anything to remedy the situation. He also never refunded the money for the cleaning itself. Beware bringing your things here, they are not in good hands.
