This is only the second review I have ever done. The first was for a shipping container business that is exceptionally well ran. Now for the complete opposite!
I have contacted this company in regards to getting an operator's manual for one of their large industrial generators. I was spoken to rudely and asked to call back in 10 minutes before hanging up on me. I waited and politely called back, for him to rudely tell me to Google it, and then hang up on me a second time. Hopefully the companies ethics and quality is not displayed by their person of contact.
