Purchased a product that was defective and when I tried to return it, the two very rude cashiers said they didn't know the return policy and suggested I come back when the manager was in the next day. I do not live in Detroit, so i had to call instead. Was told by the manager that all sales are final. There is no sign stating this, I was not told this when I made my purchase, and its not on the receipt. She wouldn't budge and practically hung up on me. I am now out my money and stuck with a project I cannot use.
