Absolutely, Ted wonderful customer, he's efficient, considerate, respectful, he worked fast and did a great job! Highly recommend.

I do not recommend this business! The communication is horrible. Our stove was installed incorrectly (I origonally asked to have the pipe go out the top of the stove 3' then 90 degree out the wall and Ted recommended it go directly out of the back of the stove to the wall) and we subsequently get smoke in our living room every time we try to start a fire. Total pain and frustrating experience. Phone calls and emails go un-returned, I tried for months to get Ted to fix the problem which he initially said he would make right. But i'm guessing it is too much of a hassle for him. Who knows. Guess I have to go with another installer and pay more $$$ to get it fixed. Don't use these guys!!! Caleb L.
