Family owned and operated. State inspected. They come to the farm to slaughter beef, hogs, and lambs. The meat is transported to a custom cutting facility to be processed. June through December are their busiest months, so try to call in advance, when possible, for best appointment date. They work cleanly, quickly and efficiently, to take the best care of your farm animals and have many years of experience. They're the best!
