Hello Liminal
Save yourselves and choose a contractor who cares, they are out there!
(this is not one)
• Doesn't show up on time, if at all
• Job will take more than 2x the time estimated, especially if his boat engine is in
the shop.
• Doesn't have the skills to do the job he said he could
• Brings his girlfriend to help
• Is squabbling and refusing to pay us back (after agreeing to) when we found another
contractor to finish the work he couldn't.
• Basically, poor communication, shotty workmanship and questionable ethics.
• I'm sending the 2nd certified notice of complaint to the contractor's board tomorrow.
