I purchased 5 programs from them for $ 424.97. Lost programs due to computer crash and requested a new pass code to reinstall programs. They refused my request and tried to force phony upgrade charges that I did not want or need. Now I'm without programs that were fully paid for and out in the cold. The phony upgrade charges are just bug fixes to already flawed programs. It's just an unethical sham to increase revenues at customers expense. There is no doubt that they have pulled this near extortion sham on 1000's of customers and getting away with it so far. Was dealing with Brian their rep and he is refusing to help and has locked me out of the programs I fully paid for which are my own personal property to use as is where is anytime I choose.
