Had a great experience with this company, David Gray and Molly Renner ran the whole process smoothly. Bit of a challenge to connect at first, because they are on the East coast and we are on the West, but once we figured out that, all paperwork was done and completed in a timely manner. Only had to do a few phone calls, rest was done online and the final paperwork the notary (paid for by NLC) came to my place of work - very convenient. Definitely recommend.

NLC helped us refinance our loan. We were able to shave almost 3 points off our previous rate and save about $300/month. I called them after I got their mailer, and a few unsuccessful attempts at major bank in the area. Because of our situation, we needed a little creative financing, which all loan officers are not equipped or skilled enough to pull off.
