When deal with loans whether a new loan or a refinance, it can be nerve wrecking but my experience with Chris Obodzinski was extremely smooth and pain free. He answered all my questions, whether it was through phone or email, in the most professional manner possible. I felt as if I was his only client with how the amount of attention he was providing. I will not only recommended Chris Obodzinski to my peers, I will contact him in the future for my lending needs.

I recently had a phenomenal experience refinancing my mortgage with Ryan Cousino of Nations Lending. At the time of my refi I was dealing with a lot of insanity at work, working 60 to 70 hours each week, and finding very little time to see my family let alone negotiate a home loan. Ryan was available, and very patient when it took me a while to get back to him, any time of day, and any day of the week. He was completely dedicated to me as a client and helped me every step of the way. In addition, he was very professional and understanding when I requested references. It was difficult for me to put my trust in a voice on a phone. Sharing all my most sensitive personal and financial documents is not something I do lightly, but Ryan's professionalism and eager submission of references allayed my concerns. I am now enjoying a significant reduction in my monthly mortgage payments, and I sincerely appreciate Ryan's guidance in achieving that goal. He really is one of the good guys.
