I see a lot of make shift crosses where fatal accidents have occured. I suggest MDOT and the Highway Patrol explore the idea of placing a simple standardized cross at the scene of all fatal vehicle accidents across the state. I believe this would encourage safer driving and would be a comfort to the family of the deceased.
