CHECK the BBB Site They have multiple complaints and D+ rating. Top Tech automotive charged me for repairs they didn't do. They said that they fixed the valves and machined the head; they also "repaired" an oil leak. The service took 14 days to "complete.” During the work they cracked the exhaust manifold. I brought it back to them because Darin said they wanted to check the work. He gave me a quote for the manifold repair and said they checked all of the work and everything else look good. I brought the vehicle to another shop to have the manifold work done. When the shop began the work they contacted me to tell me that the head is leaking oil and antifreeze and that the oil pan is leaking had had not been repaired and the transmission work had not been completed either. 10 of 12 valves were leaking and had not been repaired. I called top tech to determine if we could reach an agreement to resolve the issue. Darin was rude and told me that he was not going to reimburse me any of the cost. He said that I should have brought it back to them for the repairs. I had already paid someone to start the work, I wasn't going to pay them and then and bring it back to Top Tech to have them do a bad job the second time. I am filing in small claims court.
