Jackie is an absolute psycho. I was going to be 3 days late with my rent due to an incident because of their negligence here for the property I called Jackie and left her a voicemail to let her know I was going to be 3 days late, given the situation I couldn't have imagined it would have been an issue considering it was 100% due to their negligence. She returned my calls later in the afternoon when I was in the doctor's office and I could barely understand the voicemail she was screaming like a complete lunatic telling me that I better have my rent on time or I was out. And lo and behold the next day on the 2nd , there was a 3-day quit to vacate notice on my door. This is after 2 years of no issues with me, always paying rent on time, and never complained about the Non-Stop crazy going through all hours of the night downstairs and one of her family members having a felon and heroin addict living with him , felons weren't allowed in our building according to the lease , who approached my 12 year old son asking him to see if his mom had any pills in the medicine cabinet. Just kind of nonsense was going on constantly and she had the nerve to come at me like that over something that was their fault to begin with. Please don't ever run from this lunatic. I've never met such a disgusting excuse for business owner in my life
