Had a great experience dealing w/this company: Mark Lombardi & Aleitha Gray were unusually polite, efficient and caring. Mark quickly diagnosed & suggested a fix, then emailed me diagrams & invoicing. Aleitha cleared my payment info & notified me immediately with shipping info. I'm sure I'm not a corporate customer with a lot of money to spend & I'm definitely not an engineer, nor do I deal w/corporate business practices often, but these two employees reflect the type of management practices required to be successful in today's world. All employees should be proud to be a part of this company, and customer's should recognize they will be dealt w/integrity & personal care.
