Serving 136 elders with rehabilitation therapies, skilled nursing services and memory care, the Elim campus also includes assisted living next door in Pioneer House. As an Eden Alternative facility, Elim respects the rights and dignity of each person. To add to the lively and friendly environment, Elim also has an on-site children's learning center for children ages 2 through pre-K.
