I called their number and requested a consult on a Tuesday afternoon and I was scheduled for the next morning. The consult went smoothly and lasted only about 30 minutes. The consultant was extremely well informed and pleasant. Within three hours of the consult I had the designs in my inbox. I wass incredulous! Coast Closets was able to complete the consult and designs before the other two companies I called even got back to me! Needless to say, I decided to go with them.
