I live in Drexel Hill & a week ago my fence was taken down by a wind storm. I contacted Curran after driving through Springfield and seeing a new fence advertising Curran. When I called to make an appointment for someone to come out and take a look, measure, review products & give me an estimate, the gentlemen was very nice. I assume I was speaking to Jim Curran, Sr. He said that either he would be out the next day (Saturday) beteeen 10 & 11 am, his son, Jim Jr. or his brother would come out. Great! Saturday morning, no one showed up. However, I did see a beat up white pick-up truck pull up to my house with chain link fencing hanging out the bed at around 10:15 am. But no one got out, no one knocked on the door. The young man drove off within 5 minutes of pulling up, he didn't even turn the truck off. I never received a phone call to even reschedule. My husband was not very happy & neither was I. I work in Facilities for a living, I deal with a lot of contracts, contractors, insurance companies...I schedule all estimates/bids and oversee every aspect of any job being done from start to finish. I'm good at what I do and I'm also very easy when it comes to working with deadlines or any unforeseen issues that anyone that I hire may have. But, I can not and will not tolerate no call, no show BS. It's the most extreme form of disrespect for someone who works in my field.
